How often do my points get updated?

Your points will be updated on a weekly basis.

Where will my prizes be sent to?

To your home address, this will be the address you entered on your registration form but you will be prompted to check this is correct and can amend this during the redemption process

I've hit redeem, why haven't I received any emails yet?

Please check your spam/junk folder. Emails will come from no-reply@mypremierclub.co.uk, please add this to your safe sender list.

How long does the redemption process take?

The full process can take up to 28 working days.

What duration does the scheme run over?

My Premier Club runs from 1st October 2021 and is ongoing. Please note, Premier reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.

How do I claim my points?

Your points will be added to your account automatically every week, you can then use these points to redeem a wide range of rewards on the My Points page.

I’m missing points, what do I do?

Points are earned against qualifying Premier products (to see the full points and products list click here) and updated on your account weekly. If you have a query about points please email our dedicated My Premier Club team at queries@mypremierclub.co.uk.

Can I return a reward?

Rewards are non-returnable once received. Should your goods be damaged or faulty, please contact queries@mypremierclub.co.uk.
